The 28th edition of the International Gastronomy Industry Trade Fair – EuroGastro begins on March 11, 2025. This prestigious event, organized at Ptak Warsaw Expo, is a key point in the calendar of professionals from the HoReCa sector (hotels, restaurants, catering). For years, the EuroGastro trade fair has attracted industry leaders, offering a platform for presenting the latest solutions, products and services supporting the development of gastronomy and hotel industry.

Previous editions of the trade fair enjoyed huge interest. In 2024, the event gathered 21,064 visitors and 408 exhibitors on an area of ​​35,000 m², which emphasizes its importance as the largest business platform for the HoReCa sector in the Central and Eastern European region. ​

EuroGastro 2025 is not only an exhibition of products and services, but also a rich substantive program. One of the key elements will be the Horeca Business Forum, which will be held simultaneously with the trade fair. This forum will bring together professionals from the HoReCa sector, offering lectures, discussion panels and workshops led by leading experts, restaurant owners, chefs and leaders of innovative solutions. The conference will focus on current challenges in the industry, new solutions and ways to build a safe and crisis-proof future. Participants will have the opportunity to gain the latest knowledge, establish valuable business contacts and learn about modern trends in gastronomy, hotel industry and catering.

A number of attractions have been prepared for visitors to the fair, including culinary shows organised by, among others, the Chefs’ Club, the Polish Association of Chefs and Confectioners, whose partner is the National Poultry Chamber and Promotion Funds, TABLEART, Euro Toques, tastings and presentations of the latest technologies and solutions dedicated to the HoReCa industry. During the fair, events such as the BEST Barista Challenge organised by BEST Company Solutions or culinary shows using modern catering equipment organised by GRAFEN will take place.
