We are a leading producer of marzipan and nougat mass, chocolate couvertures, and almond and hazelnut preparations used as semi-finished products for further processing. Our customers are confectioners and bakers, chocolatiers, patissiers, and companies in the confectionery and baked goods industry located in over 50 countries around the world. Through our sole proprietor, the non-profit Friedrich Bluhme & Else Jebsen Foundation, our profits are used for the common good in Lübeck and its surroundings.
