Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
Due to the current epidemiological situation and rapid spread of coronavirus (SARS-Cov-2), and recent recommendations from Chief Sanitary Inspectorate, as well as appeals from the Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and Governor of Mazovian Voivodeship Konstanty Radziwiłł to event organisers regarding „rescheduling events with a large number of attendees”, we have come to a difficult decision of rescheduling 24th International Food Service Trade Fair EuroGastro 2020 and 13th International Hotel Facilities Equipment Trade Fair WorldHotel 2020. The new event date and will be provided by the end of this week. It is also worth noticing, that a significant amount of exhibitors requested the event to be rescheduled.
This situation has been a challenge for all of us – organisers, exhibitors, and visitors, who have already planned their participation in the fair. However, our main priority is, and always will be, safety and comfort of all stakeholders involved in our events. As we are faced with circumstances independent of our power, and the situation has become critical, our decision is currently the best and the most sensible solution.
We, therefore, would like to thank for numerous voices of understanding and support. We are convinced that in the face of the current situation, and potential dangers for public health, it is the only possible decision.
We would like to apologise for inconveniences caused by the reschedule of the fair and we hope that our decision will be understood.
We also would like to inform that tickets purchased for the fair will be valid for the new date.
