The Greek Cuisine Festival is an event that has been organized for 15 years and its objective in Poland is to promote traditional Greek cuisine, original and regional recipes as well as products both among hoteliers, restaurant owners, chefs, cooks and consumers. “Greek Cuisine Festival” is not only an event that is focused around promoting Greek cuisine, but also a prestigious culinary competition in which professional cooks from all over the country will take part. The efforts of contestants will be examined by an international Professional Jury consisting of the greatest experts within cooking as well as a Stars Jury. The participants will have to face traditional Greek products, strict regulations while creating innovative compositions of flavors based on known ingredients. The EuroGastro fair is a leading international gastronomy event which cannot be missed by fans and representatives of the HoReCa sector. It is already the 24th edition where, once again, we will meet the greatest experts and the best companies in order to exchange experiences as well as to present and familiarize with new trends. EuroGastro fair organized by MT Targi is a huge, highly prestigious and significant event not only on the Polish market. Year by year, thousands of hotel, restaurant, café professionals and other companies from the hospitality industry from all over the world meet in Nadarzyn at Ptak Warsaw Expo and search for new and innovative solutions on the procurement market to modernize, equip or renew their business activity. “Piazza Italia – Italian cuisine without barriers”

“Piazza Italia – Italian cuisine without limits” is a brand new culinary event during the EuroGastro 2020 International Fair in Warsaw.

The initiator of the project is Giancarlo Russo, who in co-operation with Winterhalter Polska for a moment will take the visitors to sunny Italy.

Italian cuisine enthusiasts, restaurateurs, well-known chefs from many countries as well as companies and producers of Italian products will meet at the “Italian Square”.

This climatic place will host culinary demonstrations of chefs using Italian specialties, cooking workshops under the supervision of Giancarlo Russo, competitions for people with disabilities and mini contests for all interested visitors.

Great culinary fun, presentation and degustation of delicious Italian products and exclusive guests will create a place where Italian cuisine will have no limits.
