The second edition of the Professional Restaurant Manager program shall focus on issues related to sales and customer service skills of the dining room staff. We will talk about how to work with an unsatisfied customer and how to handle complaints. We will elaborate on the significant restaurant functioning aspects considering the changing economic situation. We will point out the basic elements necessary during launching of a new restaurant. We will elaborate on financial matters, staff management and the recruitment process. The second edition of the PRM is addressed to anyone who runs a restaurant and has faced staff barriers, is facing problems within customer service, would like to sort out and professionalize processes related to finance or recruiting new employees.

The cult of Coffee develops dynamically all over the world, mainly through educational initiatives, competitions and fairs. Our baristas, led by Agnieszka Rojewska, Barista World Barista Champion, are among the world’s coffee elite.

The Coffee Olympics® has been Poland’s reservoir of talents for many years. This is where, under the eye of a professional jury and the audience, the knowledge, passion and skills are verified and enhanced while feeling the spirit of competition by reinforcing the foundations for achieving further professional success.

I would like to warmly invite to the 12th Coffee Olympics®, which traditionally will be held during the EuroGastro Fair.

5th Edition of the CHEF CULINARY CUP

I am pleased to invite to the 5th anniversary edition of the CHEF CULINART CUP under my patronage, which shall take place during the 24th EUROGASTRO International Gastronomy Fair, and similarly as in the previous year, it will be an international edition.

Just as in previous years, the upcoming edition shall be organized by Nestle Professional with my support.

The competition finals shall take place on March 25th, 2020, and at the same time, it shall constitute a presentation of fresh, fourth line of new products under the CHEF brand.

The competition, as the previous ones, is unique as the contestants will have the opportunity of preparing the main course basically without any culinary or product limitations. It is possible thanks to a special rating sheet prepared based on the sheet of one of the largest culinary competitions, which certainly is S. Pellegrino Young Chef.

All described rules and an international jury under my conduct, and with the support of Robert Sowa create a unique atmosphere of the competition, which draws more and more attention, becomes more significant and prestigious among cooks and chefs.

Therefore, once again I would like to warmly invite both Polish chefs as well as chefs from other European countries to participate in the next, 5th Edition of the CHEF Culinary Cup.

“Smart Cuisine – diet meals” – competition by Chefs Club Foundation

The “Smart Cuisine – diet meals” competition is organized by the Chefs’ Club Foundation and its substantive course is supervised by Magdalena Wieczorek – sports and functional nutritionists who is responsible, inter alia, for nutritional strategies of Poland’s representatives during Olympic Games, World Championships, European Championships and World Cups.

The competition is addressed to chefs for whom healthy and tasty cooking is an important element of professional life. It aims at expanding knowledge related to conscious and healthy nutrition. Therefore, the organizer encourages to search for information that confirm a direct relationship between the daily diet and the condition of human body.
