The second edition of the Professional Restaurant Manager program shall focus on issues related to sales and customer service skills of the dining room staff. We will talk about how to work with an unsatisfied customer and how to handle complaints. We will elaborate on the significant restaurant functioning aspects considering the changing economic situation. We will point out the basic elements necessary during launching of a new restaurant. We will elaborate on financial matters, staff management and the recruitment process. The second edition of the PRM is addressed to anyone who runs a restaurant and has faced staff barriers, is facing problems within customer service, would like to sort out and professionalize processes related to finance or recruiting new employees.
