The Greek Cuisine Festival is an event that has been organized for 15 years and its objective in Poland is to promote traditional Greek cuisine, original and regional recipes as well as products both among hoteliers, restaurant owners, chefs, cooks and consumers. “Greek Cuisine Festival” is not only an event that is focused around promoting Greek cuisine, but also a prestigious culinary competition in which professional cooks from all over the country will take part. The efforts of contestants will be examined by an international Professional Jury consisting of the greatest experts within cooking as well as a Stars Jury. The participants will have to face traditional Greek products, strict regulations while creating innovative compositions of flavors based on known ingredients. The EuroGastro fair is a leading international gastronomy event which cannot be missed by fans and representatives of the HoReCa sector. It is already the 24th edition where, once again, we will meet the greatest experts and the best companies in order to exchange experiences as well as to present and familiarize with new trends.
