Go to the Fair and take part in the 5R action for gastronomy

5R for gastronomy, that is, develop your business at the EuroGastro Fair – the most important meeting of the HoReCa industry in Poland. The EuroGastro International Gastronomy Trade Fair and the 13th International Trade Fair WorldHotel Accommodation Facilities Equipment will be held on 1-3 September 2021 in Nadarzyn, PWE.

This is the first meeting after a long break that will bring together representatives of the HoReCa industry. It is therefore a remarkable opportunity to renew contacts and business relationships. The EuroGastro and WorldHotel fairs are a perfect place to learn about the market offer – new products and proven solutions necessary for running a catering and hotel business. Exhibitors will present proposals for kitchen equipment, such as: convection-steam ovens, gastronomic machines and devices, water filters, ventilation, heating and cooling solutions, as well as an offer for confectionery, ice cream and bakery. The stands will include food products and semi-finished products for all sectors, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as coffee and tea. The WorldHotel section will feature a full range of accommodation and conference facilities of various standards. Starting from furnishings, through hotel accessories that give character to the interiors, properly designed clothing for employees, to cleaning products. The above offer for a modern accommodation facility is complemented by systems, telecommunications and security solutions, as well as an offer of recreational spa and wellness infrastructure.

These slogans will accompany this year’s edition of the event. Business and positive emotions are guaranteed, but not the only elements of EuroGastro and WorldHotel. The educational offer also deserves special attention, in particular the training program “Professional Restaurant Manager”. On the first day of the training, the issues of maximizing profits and increasing sales in the gastro-business, as well as personnel management in the current market situation will be discussed. The second day will be devoted to topics related to the professional service of the room, accepting complaints and organizing events for a business client.
