Patrons, partners, and driving forces behind the event The fair was organized in cooperation with leading institutions and industry brands. This is precisely what speaks to its exceptional standing and prestige. Among the most important partners were: · Tarsmak - the official partner of the fair, supporting the substantive part of the event while also serving as an exhibitor. · The Chefs' Club - co-creator of the conference facilities and main organizer of spectacular live cooking demonstrations. · The National Council of Gastronomy and Catering (KRGiC) - responsible for the expert program content. Grafen and Winterhalter - strategic partners, highlighting the technological nature of the fair through their presence on the demonstration stages and in the educational program.

Demonstrations, excitement, and knowledge - the heart of EuroGastro The event was buzzing with activity:
- Horeca Business Forum - the most extensive educational and demonstration program to date, combining: presentations by industry experts, workshops on operational efficiency, and presentations of technologies that are truly transforming kitchen operations.
- Competitions and culinary challenges - the first edition of the ``Traditions of Polish Cuisine`` competition, in which both young apprentices and professionals competed, showcasing their skills and carefully selected ingredients.
- Live cooking demonstrations - world-class culinary shows - organized by the Chefs' Club, featuring, among other things: presentations of culinary techniques, demonstrations of combining modern technology with craftsmanship, tastings, and workshops.
Gastronomy in the Age of Social Media
The EuroGastro trade fair evolves in step with current market trends, which is why the event's program also included a panel discussion on the role of social media in gastronomy.
The panel was moderated by Jagna Niedzielska, and Kacper Sproski, Szymon Czerwiński, and Sebastian Olma were also invited to participate in the discussion.
The panel also addressed issues related to creating authentic culinary content, the importance of influencers in the foodservice industry, and how restaurants can effectively use social media platforms to build a community around their brand.
For years, EuroGastro has been a meeting place for manufacturers, distributors, restaurateurs, hoteliers, and investors in the foodservice sector.
