The “Smart Cuisine – diet meals” competition is organized by the Chefs’ Club Foundation and its substantive course is supervised by Magdalena Wieczorek – sports and functional nutritionists who is responsible, inter alia, for nutritional strategies of Poland’s representatives during Olympic Games, World Championships, European Championships and World Cups.
The competition is addressed to chefs for whom healthy and tasty cooking is an important element of professional life. It aims at expanding knowledge related to conscious and healthy nutrition. Therefore, the organizer encourages to search for information that confirm a direct relationship between the daily diet and the condition of human body.
