The Greek Cuisine Festival is a multi-year project designed and implemented by Teo Vafidis, a Greek by descent, a culinary expert and adviser by profession, by passion – Ambassador of the Greek Culture and Cuisine in Poland, an honorary member of the Greek Chef’s Club, and a representative of the Poland Branch Office of Chef’s Club of Greece.The idea to organize the Greek Cuisine Festival was born of willingness to introduce and promote traditions of the Greek cuisine in Poland. The project is addressed to anyone from hoteliers, restaurateurs, chefs, cooks to consumers.
As every year, teams of cooks from all over Poland under the “expert tutelage” of the international and professional Jury prepare their original dishes with the use of original Greek products provided for in the Rules and Regulations.
This competition is one of the most prestigious culinary events in Poland. It is accompanied by unforgettable attractions, such as demonstrations of Culinary Art from all over the world, presentations of companies and tasty savouring for all visitors.
